creation is a process people often neglect, when they never create for themselves — we should shove that process in their faces and force them to appreciate their surroundings, otherwise a lot of people will miss out on a bunch of beauty in their lives.

As an engineer, I've often struggled to understand the creative process.

Although it is a gross oversimplification, typically, amount of time spend in front of the screen == more features shipped.

But design and creativity actually REQUIRE time for inspiration.

As a leader, that time needs to be respected.
