Does diversity matter for network states? Intuitively to me it does, since living with only men doesn’t sound like it would work well. I feel like ignoring this is a deficiency of the framework, what do you think? Cc @balajis.eth

there were actually quite a lot of woman, families with kids, different age groups. The photo was taken after the end of the conference with a vibe “come for 1 minute chat”. Comparing with “crypto” conferences/meetups I’d say it was more diverse than usual

this should be the top cast here. instead of reinforcing the notion that network states are a boys club and asking how to fix it, it is far more compelling to feature anecdotes or examples of the diversity if you want to attract more unique perspectives and minorities (for lack of a better word).

Came here to say this!! We all had the sense not to rush the stage at the end is all 😂 And if you went back into the lounge you would have seen another crowd of ppl surrounding WOMAN speaker Kathleen Tyson….
