there is pain in staying the same and there's pain in growing, it's up to us which pain we want, but it's for certain that life won't not be painful

it's the same for fomo - if you miss out on one thing, a 2nd opportunity is given to you. but if you partake in the initial thing, you're not given the 2nd opportunity. I think robert frost's "The road not taken" sums it up better than I can.
