Solid plan! ↑ Excited for you to start pushing distance and experiencing the ins and outs of each km. For me, I know that the first two miles will always suck. Always. That’s the distance required for my body to adapt. Miles 3-5 are usually pretty chill. 6 sucks, 7-8 are chill and often where a bit of runner’s high might kick in so need to be cognizant not to push too hard. 9-10 a little tougher… TLDR: It’s a journey. The further you go, the more you’ll learn about yourself.

hell yes! what are you training for? i'm figuring out how to not get terrible blisters +5 km lol rotating shoes + socks to figure out what works best. and generally want to keep it easy for summer as it's hot and a lot of other things going on in my life. so the idea just not to stop

The consistency will carry you through. 💪 Blisters are a tough one. I found that how tight I tie my shoes makes a lot of difference. Slightly looser seems to be the right move for me. Footfall is another big part. Recommend studying good distance running form. Not currently training for any events. Increasing strength and leaning down are my goals for this summer. Feels good!
