how can I see a feed of all my super follows?

In notifications the super follow-s are grouped together

Click on it -> the root casts from your super followed accounts are shown as a feed ✨

The one person I super follow doesn’t seem to trigger notifications. I wonder if they’re shadowbanned 😆

Indeed, makes a difference. 

You can turn them on inside the app, but keep of on the phone settings

Had no idea about this. This is such a hidden feature

But it also means you have to turn notifications on? (I don’t have them on)
