do you meditate? what’s your practice? I’ve been meditating regularly for 3 years; now it’s a transcendental meditation, but I’ve started with short 5 min meds on headspace Biggest outcome - reduced stress, sense of clarity and creativity

as a rule, I allow myself to skip for 1 day, but never two in a row. noticed that it actually removed some pressure and it’s easier to stay committed
