I think, the strongest motivator is money. I saw in comments a suggestion to implement a penalty system, but it's too difficult, it's an occasion for corruption and "stick method" will not work properly. But there's a "carrot method", when people taking care of nature are encouraged. Here in UAE we collect garbage in special traceable bags and put them in special container. Than we receive some points that can be used to get discount in shops and delivery. Many countries include the price of the bottle into the final product price. And after usage you can throw bottle away or you can return it and get your money back. I believe that only positive vibes will work in this sphere, agree?

that's a really cool idea, by the way. It is good that we are moving towards it and soon more countries will join such an action. 👍 👍 👍

I completely agree with you. The "carrot" method always works better than the "stick". In addition, the remuneration for recyclables is aimed at saving the budget and protecting the environment. And this is a relaxed parenting. Right?🤔

I agree that the stick method works worse than the carrot method. For example, we can give bottle caps and get a discount at the grocery shop, which is located in our building. My son is always happy to take what he has collected there and get a bonus for shopping. 10 $HUNT

This is a very good initiative to get people to recycle. In some European countries I have seen that if you return the bottles they give you money back. Lovely your daughter 🤍
