Stumbled upon this at Monkish

Soft dough build. Cheese, bread and sauce were too muted. Relied on the toppings too much. A bit too greasy. Very serviceable for a brewery, but no need to go out of your way to experience.

VERDICT: Not ktd approved.

Getting to see the oven in the truck is quite cool. Smart experience marketing on their behalf (zero impact on my review though).

Forgive my unsolicited advice but here’s an idea for the future: you could do an onchain Barstool Pizza-style kind of show, maybe with Ted or someone else
