Day 2: quads-focused leg day Gym doesn’t have a hack squat machine so had to improvise with some heel-elevated Smith machine squats Also got juxxed on the leg extension by a gaggle of gym bros who just kept passing it off to each other Core finisher on the captain’s chair was rough but we got it done ↑

Nice. Back in 2014 I only worked out on the weekends because the gym was so far + I was working 12-18 hour days. One night driving back from work at 11pm I somehow got onto a radio show where they interviewed a BJJ teacher who went to teach BJJ to inmates and was shocked at how they stayed in shape without a gym. Started working out at home after that and it’s made sticking to it so easy.
