Initially a vegan only place that now does non-vegan. For that reason I think they get overlooked by the all the LA pizza lists out there. This was my second time trying. 

75% fun and 25% elegant - they hit the bases and have great attention to the little details (ricotta, basil, etc…).

Dough, cheese and sauce blend together great and results in each bite carrying out a delectable little journey inside your mouth. 

Crushable, but has substance. 

I say this a lot, but a smidge too greasy. 

Ideal for having people over for sports or guilty-treat. Not suitable for higher end picnic-ing, but also not trashy. Sits in the in between. 

VERDICT: ktd approved!

Prince St is the biggest offender of this. Their pepperonis are swimming pools of grease.

I don't like em too greasy either. I do NOT like places that drizzle oil on top of my pizza after it's finished esp with something pepperoni... It's already oily come on! It just seems excessive versus enhancing

It’s so easy to miss, the review I needed. Will have to stop by this week.
