I just thought that the problem between my insomnia today could be THIS at 21:30. But I ordered it decaf..... I don't think that the small amount of caffeine in decaf can cause this. Plus the barista confirmed - "decaf? Ok". Idk..... Please share your experience I'm very confused. I think I might be just overwhelmed because of the trip.

Actually, decaf coffee is unlikely to cause insomnia, but maybe you can drink it today again and tomorrow we will know the truth 🤷♀️😂
