light weights & calisthenics on a rainy california day πβ¨ lower: clamshells with resistance band, hip bridges, lateral leg raises, seated leg raises upper: db shoulder press, bench rows, inclined db chest press, bicep curls core: russian twists, leg raises 3 sets, between 8-12 reps each yes i am wearing socks and birks bc my ankle canβt fit in my shoes rn ok π
