To me, the most underrated counterargument to the Pascal's Wager is that it ignores that your actions can have consequences on either side of zero. Once you take that into account, many things move from "seeming no-brainer" to "totally undecidable omg what the heck do I do"

For non-believers like me for whom the concept of a god is entirely ludicrous, surely there are millions of potential wagers? Like, I would think that if you’re undecided and willing to hedge by going to church, you must also point your bed towards Mecca, embrace pastafarianism, praise cows etc etc?
