Finding peace in nature is like reconnecting with a forgotten part of ourselves. The rustle of leaves, the sound of flowing water, and the warmth of sunlight on your skin—all remind you to breathe, to be present. In the simplicity of nature, worries fade, and you rediscover a sense of calm that only the natural world can offer. It’s in these moments that we remember what it means to truly be at peace.

Wow, JC, that water is so still. Wonderful reflection and looks like such a peaceful place to just sit and exist. 50 $DEGEN

Thank you very much, Kristin! The water was incredibly still and the afternoon sun shone perfectly on the autumn leaves—all the ingredients I like to use in my work. Taking the time to sit and be is a lost art. The Italians have it right with "il dolce far niente," which translates to "the sweetness of doing nothing." I wish we prioritized that more in America.
