It was so so nice. Especially compared to Denver in December 🥶

Yeah, although this area has some pretty warm and sunny days compared to many places in the winter in the US. Not like the place in your photo, but not too awful.

oh wow, I didn't even notice that. It didn't happen in Longmont. I noticed there is less snow here than in other areas. Also, I was basically inside all day on Monday as I badly broke my toe on Sunday might.

The first night we got back (Monday) was when it had just snowed enough and dropped below freezing to ice over a ton of roads in the area. The drive back home from the airport was literally treacherous. Slipping and sliding all over the place, and Iliff  Ave had like 10 accidents all on the same road. A nice welcome home 😂
