I don't like jelly with peanut butter, so yes. LOL But on it's own it's ok (either one), but peanut butter with banana makes it more palatable. I tend to mix almond butter, sunflower butter, seeds, cacao and cacao nibs as my toast spread. Good on apples too!

Thanks! It's so good! I made granola bars with it too and everyone loved them. Said I should sell them at the farmer's market. LOL I used 2/3 almond butter and 1/3 sunflower butter (the latter makes it less sticking to the roof of your mouth). The other stuff is not measured. Oh and add a tiny bit of maple syrup.
