Once upon a time, basically 20 years ago (can't believe it's been that long), I lived in the yellow Hip Area at Lincoln and Venice next to a gas station. It seemed very unhip to live next to a gas station IMO. 😂 At least my view was in the back of the building facing an alley and a woman's cute garden.
