Decided to make a video of me running and almost fell 😄...btw, this was the first time I've ever run on a trainer instead of outside. It's awful! I got so sweaty, more so than when I run in +30 outside

That makes me dizzy to watch that. LOL Yeah, that's one thing about Vietnam that is bad (IMO) - it's super hot and humid there. If you go somewhere higher in the mountains, it can be cooler.
