I broke my little toe quite badly a week ago (was at a 45 degree angle from my foot) and it had to be reset twice and the orthopedist gave me a walking boot to wear for another 3 weeks. Well, I can't do my usual hiking and walking and biking as exercise, so I found this video that provides a workout for people with an injured toe/foot/leg and thought it was pretty good.
