ChatGPT can be an amazing fitness / nutrition coach. I've been using info I got from previous coaches I paid and asked it to redesign my meal plan (using my own recipes) to get optimized results based off my workout plan. Will keep you guys updated on results in a few weeks. Off to the gym to destroy my glutes 🏋️♀️

Are you using the free version of chatgpt or the paid version? I was thinking of getting the paid version to try it. I heard you can do a lot more with it. Your diet seems to be low on vegetables. Is that intentional?

paid :) what do you mean low on veg? I have 5-6 portions of them in there I find that's a lot 😂

Are you counting legumes as veggies? You have a huge amount of legumes there. LOL I tend not to lump them in with veggies. I see the snack 2 with raw veggies. I just eat a lot of things like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, purple sweet potatoes, peppers in my pasta meals and also a lot of salads, so various leaves. I think maybe something is cut off from the lentil pasta meal. I eat quite a lot of veggies, but I'm also not vegan and I eat eggs, yogurt and cheese also and occasional fish and wild game. I've been making my own veggie burgers with purple sweet potatoes and black beans which is really good. I put in an egg though, so you could use flax if you want to try it. Also I add some crushed veggie crackers (made with cassava flour).

No i dont, but if you look closely you’ll notice it doesnt show all the ingredients on the list it keeps going if you expand 😉 i have over 5 cups of veggies daily
