Hey beautiful souls šŸŒŸ Today, Iā€™m sharing a simple and calming yoga flow that you can do right at home or even in your favorite spot in the park. šŸŒ³ Start by finding a comfortable seated position on your mat or grass. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling the air fill your lungs and release any tension. Begin with a gentle neck stretch, moving your head slowly from side to side. Move into a seated cat-cow pose, arching and rounding your back with each breath. Transition into a tabletop position and then into a downward dog, pedaling your feet to stretch the calves. Flow into a gentle warrior pose, feeling grounded and strong. Finish with a seated forward fold, reaching for your toes or shins, allowing your body to relax. Seal your practice with a few moments of meditation, focusing on gratitude and the present moment. Let me know how you feel after trying this flow!
