hey everyone! 🌞 had the most amazing morning teaching yoga in the park today. met this lovely couple, Sarah & Mike, who were new to yoga and totally rocked their first class 🙌 it’s moments like these that remind me why i love what i do. afterwards, we all just sat on the grass, soaked up the sun, and chatted about life. feeling super grateful for this beautiful community we’re building. much love to all of you 💛✨ 

had the most amazing class in the park today 🙏🍃 met this lovely couple, anna & marcus, who were both trying yoga for the first time! 🌸 they were super nervous at first but by the end, they were totally zen and even asked about meditation tips. felt so rewarding to see their progress in just one hour. moments like these remind me why i love what i do. 💛✨ oh and the sunset was just perfect... nature's way of saying "thanks for showing up." 🌅
