have any 4337 wallet devs thought about how to support arbitrary networks via wallet_addEthereumChain requests? We want to figure out how to 100x chains supported by smart wallet. 

One challenge is how to get the bundler stuff working with existing tools for custom chains. Please comment if you have thoughts!
