The guests liked the salad, but I probably wouldn’t make it again. It’s a typical combo: chicken + beans + greens + mayo + [one changing ingredient, in this case, pomegranate and walnuts].  
I personally prefer it with pear or canned pineapple, because pomegranate doesn’t add much juiciness, and the salad was a bit dry.

Gorgeous setting 😍 And I think I've also seen a recipe of that pomegranate salad 😏 Does it live up to the hype?
