Just a reminder to take care of your health and not consume junk: I used to have problems with my gallbladder, the solution was to take a specific medicine for a week 2 times a year. I haven't done that in a long time cause not only it's unpleasant to take, it's also pricey 😬 Irresponsible, I know. Well, yesterday after I ate that cheap ramen (it had an oily sauce + I added a piece of pork and an egg) my gallbladder decided enough is enough and rebelled against such poor treatment. I'll spare you the details, but I couldn't sleep all night, and today I only managed to eat a little bowl of oatmeal and also got a nasty fever as a bonus 🙄 I'm judging my past self a lot for ruining this day...

Oh no, sorry to hear that. I found out a few years ago during a random ultrasound that my gallbladder is shaped a little weird. Back then I was in my hypochondriac era, doing medical checkups “just in case” but at least this one actually turned out useful. The doctor told me to stay away from fatty food long-term. Funny enough, I’ve never really liked it anyway. Some days I’m fine with fried eggs, other days the smell alone makes me queasy. Same with pork, I eat it occasionally, but one time I was staying with my mom and she started serving pork cutlets from breakfast onward. I got so sick I had to swear them off completely. She still thinks it’s because I “don’t eat right” 😅

I have the same issue actually! Learned it was genetic and that 50% of the population have it 🙃 I'm also not a fan of fried eggs for the same reason 😅
