Gm, frens. 🙂 @team. I absolutely love slow cooking. Whether it’s in the oven or, even better, on the Green Egg BBQ with a beechwood smoke flavor. When you give a piece of meat many hours to cook, you can truly transform it into something phenomenal. Even the toughest cuts become a fall-off-the-bone, delicious dish. Slow-cooked dishes even hold a prominent place on the menu at my restaurant. 👨🍳 But the way you guys slow cook… 😳 that’s on another level entirely. “Du jamais vu.” Our interpretation of slow cooking is basically a steak minute in comparison. If something is slow-cooked the way you do it, then I definitely want to be in the front row to taste it. And I don’t mind if the chefs keep the dish they’re working on a mystery. With so much time, love, and care poured into it… my mouth is already watering. 😋🥂 Have you made note of my reservation? Let me know when I can take a seat.😉 Have a great weekend, frens.
