is this luggage service universal for japan? ive lived in japan but never traveled w family lol

Recently went when my kid was 1.75 and best place to travel so far for me for one simple reason. I can send a big luggage in advance to the next hotel so when we travelled by train I basically had small carry on, a stroller and that’s it. Way easier to manage with wife since we had less to carry
