Semi-uneventful days at the camp ⛺️ but a few activity feed upgrades: 

- Added timestamps. A subgraph upgrade, so other clients can use it too.
- Added Proposal Updated events (versioning tbd), as well as events for cancelled, queued, and executed status
- Tweaked whitespace to improve legibility (more tbd)

enjoying the progress of camp, though i still find myself preferring the layout of @wilsoncusack ‘s voter.wtf when going through props to vote. it’s a lot of real estate but having the FOR’s and AGAINSTs separated feels more coherent/logical than reading through a single list of differing opinions

yea the stacking of for vs against is an interesting visual model to explore more.

minor nit: today activity feed of a proposal displays everything in the feed except the comment left by a sponsor. that gets pushed to sponsorship tab which most people miss out and probably better off merging it into stream.
