i'm using /hypersub for my art subscriptions, but the project didn't fail though, it's ongoing and working great (at least for me).
maybe @nonlinear.eth have more examples?

juicebox isn't failing, but it's currently limited to L1 only. i'm hopeful their L2 upgrade will be available soon.

hypersub is kind of like onchain patreon i guess? not a failure though as still active.

/musicnerd nerding /with @clt on musicnerd.xyz. Productizing /patronage.

Have not seen any but this is an amazing idea on many levels.
