At what point are multi-signers responsible for a prop outcome, 

Our history is littered with multiple signs to underdelivered props. Think we need a better system to get money out of custody. Or it's simple just optics to add one if it's filled with close friends and we offer no real Dao protection

multisigs are 90% theatre -- its mostly to ensure the proposer dont get exploited (especially if they are new to crypto)

(and yes, i think streams are also much theatre, but that wasnt the topic)

yeah i do think this is a real effect tbf

Agree, with respect, we could see improvement if we didn't just have friends, saying ok, without ensuring tasks are complete or at least projects are trending in the correct direction. 

Streams have some protection of the possibility of cancellation but we often parade that we don't cancel streams.  So its hardly like its a risk.
