I didnt expect this, but I like how quorum plays a more active role now. Having to fill up a bucket of positive sentiment for a prop to pass feels less pvp than the pure Y/N situation we had before.

I think what happens is that it allows ppl to not vote at all if theyre not over the moon about a prop. In the past i think ppl felt the urge to take a clearer stance Eg no need to vote against if the prop wont meet quorum anyway Might have both pos/neg effects but feels healthy to me so far

Yeah I think I had previously defaulted to feeling like failing to meet quorum was like “losing on a technicality” but I think your framing makes a lot of sense, so long as quorum isn’t overwhelmingly difficult to achieve.

Goes the other way too- if I know a proposal won't pass anyway, I feel safer in giving a Yes when I'm on the fence to show support for the concept/team without saying "yeah I'm 100% behind this as it is now"
