Not a big figma guy 😅 

But I used Canva in designing my content I put out on the /wellness channel to promote mental health…

As a major mental health wellness advocate, I have not only canvassed for proper mental health awareness, but I have been practicing it. 

I think to an extent I could say I touched grass a little bit in the last 24hours.

Went on a vacation with my friends(which I’m still on) to declutter a little bit. 

This has helped me change my perception and focus towards everything a little bit tbh. 

I’ll recommend you try as much as possible to touch some grass and try to be happy while you try as much as possible to be productive. 

Would be releasing a little more tips to help with preserving mental health a lot better.
