yeah, Ukrainians are used to everything by now, but it’s still important to show what’s happening, because for us it’s normal, but it’s absolutely not normal at all. and I hope people internationally can see what everyday life looks like in Ukraine, not just when big attacks happen.

yeah, and it’s absolutely wild to realize that people can adapt to anything. every time i’m near the frontlines in the Donetsk region and speak to civilians, they say they’re used to aerial bombs and artillery strikes… people literally get used to anything. but it absolutely sucks that they have to! so unfair, while russians are living normal lives and don’t feel this war at all, Ukrainians have to get used to a literal fucking horror.
