Minimizing the distance between 
what I want to do <=> what I do

If I find myself saying I should do this but I haven’t yet, and increasingly feeling that same friction over and over and over - something is going wrong and I need to rectify the situation immediately

Whenever I find myself stranded on island which is between Want and Action, to save myself from eating grass of guilt, I either bring down my want or increase action. Easier said then done. But its not a place I want to live in for a moment but constantly find myself there now and then.
