Free writing is something I practice all the time. It has helped me in so many ways, especially when I had cancer and had to deal with a lot. There were moments when I couldn’t even meditate because my brain was just spiraling. So, I would ask myself a question and write. It’s the best way for me to release my emotions. Also, like in this photo from Sedona, I love writing down my goals to manifest them. What do you do to help yourself stay balanced?
