Appreciation 02/20/25 1. Cold packs - I really appreciate these right now as they are the only things helping with these thundering headaches. I can’t tell you how good they feel on my head. 2. Extra strength medication - I feel like the regular stuff doesn’t touch my pain and I’m thankful the create strong medications for these really painful moments. 3. Quiet and darkness - what really helps with these clusters migraines is just simply peace and quiet. I really appreciate it now, more than ever. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 244!
