1. BTC - making an ATH. I remember having a conversation with a friend and how they called me crazy for thinking BTC would hit $100k at some point. Sent a message to them this afternoon with the message $90k USD BTC. Felt amazing.

2. Patience - it’s amazing how being patient and just sitting through the storms that you realize it will always pass and sunny skies are ahead!

3. Sadness - only once you know true sadness will you know to appreciate life’s good and really enjoy the greatness it has to offer. Can’t experience one without the other. The yin and Yang of life ☯️
