Appreciation 02/06/25 1. Ice cream 🍨- I was given some bad news about my recent migraine doctor’s appointment and I have to go in for more testing. So I got myself some ice cream to cheer me up and it did just that. I appreciate ice cream as much as the next person! 2. Good health and pain free - we often take this for granted and it’s not until we are sick that we stop to realize how much we should appreciate this. We need to appreciate waking up in the morning healthy, strong and pain free. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 230!

Yea, health is the richest you’ll ever be. I’ve been neglecting myself working so much and I think I’m paying for it now.
