Appreciation 01/16/25 1. Kimchi pancakes - I had some old kimchi and made some really yummy kimchi pancakes! If you’ve never tried these, I highly recommend! Thankful for kimchi made into pancakes! 2. Greek yogurt - what an amazing texture for yogurt and wonderful if you want to make yogurt breakfast the night before with some berries and nuts! If there is a Korean restaurant nearby, I highly recommend going and trying it! It’s crispy, savoury and yummy! 😋
