Appreciation 03/01/25 1. First day of March - as spring inches closer, the bitter Canadian cold has made me appreciate the warmer weather to come and I’m excited for this summer! 2. Vanilla - I never realized vanilla extract takes months to a year to make and it makes sense now why it’s so pricey! This stuff makes things taste so good and I appreciate the lengthy process to create delicious desserts! 3. Golf season - I am feeling antsy to play and I am looking forward to playing a ton this year as I have been working way too many hours. I’ve decided to try and work less and play more this year. Yup! Trying my hand at it since it’s two ingredients and a little bit of time, all of which I have 😋 vodka and vanilla beans! I’ll tell you how it turned out in 6-12 months!
