What stage of a conversation is ok for you to share/ask for a data room? IMO without at least a soft commitment it's not a good idea to share any sensitive stuff. How do you act as a founder/investor?

“Interested enough to kick the tires” It's normal to have a data room organized in multiple ‘tiers’ so you're not releasing all information at once.

Should be in the phase of the deep dive and DD - so of course there needs to be a soft commitment, otherwise there is no need for sharing sensitive data
