because crypto infra is not yet mature, can improve

and the best consumer founders build first to prove (early) traction then fundraise, not the other way around 

consumer crypto seed valuations also look more like trad tech not crypto infra val - often there is a big mismatch in expectations

maybe I'm wrong, but imo it's a false bet improving something that's not mature yet

generally, I agree with your points, but I don't see any problems with raising $200-300k at max $5M val to prove something and test the waters

I think those rounds get done they’re just not announced bc it’s generally not perceived as newsworthy

Re blockchain infrastructure, most investment goes into making the infra faster and cheaper so the need for improvements seem obvious
