I’m curious how scope is managed at this price point. Does $5k/mo include iterations? Dev handoff? Brand systems beyond visuals?
Genuinely asking this could be a great fit for lean startups if it's scoped right

Short answer is the scope is up to the client; before I take a new client on, I always ask what they expect to get done in the first month. Then I consider what's feasible based on my experience, and if it's fine by them we get started. 

This is a typical breakdown of a month-long project for site and brand:

- Week 1: prototyping & creative direction
- Weeks 2, 3: building (lofi assets)
- Week 4: details & hifi assets

But the unit of work is 2-3 deliveries per week, so if clients choose to spend a whole week iterating on ligatures...
