Onchain Powerball - last X characters of transaction hash is your entry - once a day the powerball drawing happens based on a block number or closest to a certain time UTC - last X characters of block hash either matches winning entries or jackpot rolls to the next day - charge a small fee as a percent of the pot - could modify to make part of a social token rewards like Degen, tn100x, Moxie
