Good taste probably but very unhealthy, did you know the high temperatures cooked oil was producing acrolein, same molecule as when you toast a 🚬 cigarette. Bon apetite (I would prefer fresh fruits, raw vegetables with sauce, and slowly cooked meat but nothing fried.
