whats the best higher project idea that was never built for lack of funding

last quote i got was around $400k 

think i have a hunch where proxy’s headed, and have a ton of respect for the instinct, but wouldn’t feel right taking that sum for such an idea 

the pop up was a trojan horse idea with absolutely no return planned 

much smaller amounts for newer ideas maybe could be explored but members would need to respect that generosity and come correct imo

professional grade as opposed to amateur grade is prolly easiest mental model 

if someone is looking to just fund something (that has no prior commits to the network) ppl should do everything in their power to raise the quality to pro grade as a sign of respect imo
