is that possible if usage is driven by consumption more than connection?

Connections are a form of consumption Connections could be a variety of transactions (financial, social, etc) Farcaster is an economy which means it needs a mix of creators, consumers and active participants

to me, connection means engagement, memory, and relationship-building. i can recall and build upon meaningful connections. consumption feels more passive - if you asked me what i just scrolled through, i probably would not remember. i think what makes social platforms feel 'human' is when they facilitate those memorable interactions rather than endless streams of slop. so active participants aren't just producers of content, they're producers of containers that encourage "aliveness" on the network.
