an equal distribution of lines makes it not random IMO visually, it feels random, but there is still an unconscious organization of the lines if every iteration of the graphic results in an equal density of lines per [some unit of measurement]

analogically that's to say there a resemblance of traditional within modern because modern wouldn't exist without traditional. It's impossible to randomize every variable of a set because the number of variables within the set of reality is infinite.

an example of this seemingly randomness within modern culture is self-aware design that is meant to push against conventional design in a way that feels fresh. The "freshness" of said designs is debatable because it depends on our definition of originality.
