I’d pick Big Caslon because it’s close to EB Garamond while still not “fighting” with the main font, and has the closest font weight

most will disagree with me on this and that’s okay

Yeah it also helps to pick the tagline and then present that, because the tagline you pick such as the word “candles” can give a different feeling. The perception of the word/phrase tells the viewer how to perceive the font choice.
