I am still enamored with the idea of FIP-2 being used as a kind of global comment system for onchain events and, more broadly, the internet. Is anyone building this?

The og channel technique. Each cast & reply can have a so called parentUrl to create a context-container. This can be a url, a contract address, specific nft really any strong or text. It’s beautiful in its lack of opinion. It’s not the ugly stepchild of WC though due large to this lack of opinion on how it should be used/displayed. Hopes are that w new channels dropping in WC, FIP-2 handling in WC will change too and dev interest will resurface. d33m uses this in a chat like ux for /football live commentary
